Il est très important que vous fassiez une élection correcte de l'appartement où vous souhaite passer vos vacances à Barcelone: a) Dans un lieu sûr, tranquille, vaste et bien équipé, et s'approcher aux lieux de divertissement quand vous souhaiterez ou b) L'être toujours dans le divertissement. Cet appartement se trouve dans le divertissement avec l'ajout d'avoir très près la plage et être situé dans une rue tranquille dans un quartier avec beaucoup divertissement.
Ce quartier de la Barceloneta ne le serait pas ce qui est, et vous ne viendriez aujourd'hui pas être visitée, sans son passé marin, avec ses habitants avec peu de moyens, par les restaurants typiques, ses barres de "tapas", ses rues avec vêtement tendu etc. ; une petite partie ont été refaite aujourd'hui pour s'occuper de la demande de desquelles nous visitent: un grand nombre de restaurants ont été ouverts et un peu tout a changé pour bien.
LA PLAGE : Seulement à 1 minute à pied de l'appartement c'est un espace très apprécié par nos visiteurs. Elle est gratuit, propre, avec bon sable, elle dispose douches et équipements. Barres de plage : "Chiringuitos", restaurants en vue de la mer et une longue promenade de 4 km permettent d'être marchés ou à pied ou en bicyclette. Il relie avec d'autres plages des voisins sans devoir se déplacer en automobile.
Le climat de Barcelone est tellement bénin qu'il permet le bénéfice de cette zone pendant la plus grande partie de l'année. La saison de bains s'élargit jusqu'au 15 octobre et est nécessaire seulement que brille le soleil pour jouir mais d'un bain d'eau au moins d'un bain du soleil !

Bars of beach: "Chiringuitos", restaurants in front of the sea and a long walk of 4 km make it possible to be gone or on foot or by bicycle. It connects with other neighbors beaches without having to move by car.
The Barcelona’s weather is so benign that it allows the benefit of this zone during the greatest part of the year. The season of baths widens until October 15, and is necessary only which the sun is shining to enjoy but a water bath at least of a bath of the sun!

È molto importante che facciate un'elezione corretta dell'appartamento dove desidera passare le vostre vacanze a Barcellona: a) in un luogo sicuro, calmo, vasto e buoni fornito, ed avvicinarsi ai luoghi d'intrattenimento quando auspicherete o b) esserlo sempre nell'intrattenimento. Quest'appartamento si trova nell'intrattenimento con l'aggiunta di avere molto vicino la spiaggia ed essere situato in una via calma in una zona con molto intrattenimento.
Questa zona del Barceloneta non lo sarebbe ciò che è, e non verreste oggi a essere visitati, senza il suo passato marino, con i suoi abitanti con pochi mezzi, dai ristoranti tipici, le sue sbarre di “tapas”, le sue vie con abito teso ecc.; una piccola parte è stata rifatta oggi per occuparsi della domanda di di cui li visitano: un grande numero di ristoranti è stato aperto ed un po'tutto è cambiato per bene.
LA SPIAGGIA: Soltanto a 1 minuti a piedi dell'appartamento è uno spazio molto apprezzato dai nostri ospiti. È libero, è pulito, con la buona sabbia, esso ha gli acquazzoni ed attrezzature. Barre della spiaggia: "Chiringuitos", i ristoranti nel fromt del mare e una camminata lunga di 4 chilometri permettono di essere andato o a piedi o in bicicletta. Collega con altre spiagge dei vicinoi senza dovere muoversi in automobile.
Il clima di Barcellona è così tanto benigno che permette il vantaggio di questa zona durante la maggior parte dell'anno. La stagione di bagni si allarga fino al 15 ottobre ed è necessaria soltanto che splende il sole per usufruire ma di un bagno d'acqua almeno di un bagno del sole!

The arrival time will be communicated at least 3 days before the arrival per e-mail to the contact person that will be given to you on the booking confirmation. Check-in time is between 15:00 and 21:00 Arrivals after 21:00 will have an extra charge of 0 Euros. Arrivals after 23:00 will have an extra charge of 0 Euros. The keys are given when the amount of the stay is paid by cash. Check out time is 11:00 . The deposit will be refunded when we get the keys back and check that the apartment and the furniture are in order. Handing the keys means the acceptance of the apartment´s state. VERY IMPORTANT It is forbidden to have more people than mentioned in the previous contract. The rest and the tranquility of the neighbours must be respested.Consequently, the noise is forbidden after 21:30, inside the apartment or returning at night time. Special atention when closing the entrance and the apartment´s doors.
The neighbourood´s rest and respect is very important for us and we will not tolerate people who do not respect these norms and they will automatically be asked to leave without any refund of the amount paid. We do not accept groups of people who come to Barcelona for stag or hen parties. We do not accept eihter groups of people that come for final soccer matches.
Barcelonaapartments.ws reserves the right to demand a 200€ deposit or the credit card´s details in order to guarantee the good conditions and posible demages in the apartment. (Not leaving the apartment at the indicated time, and not respecting the rest of the neighbours will be reasons for chargiging the deposit) The deposit will be charged in the following way: -Cash CANCELATION POLICY Until 30 days before the arrival, we will refund 100% of the reservation.
