The apartment has 1 double bed (150x190) and two sofa-bed (135x190).

The APARTMENT is located in first stage of a new building with  elevator; constructed these year ( the 2005); it is formed by two stays: bath and hall. The hall have  three areas: bedroom,  American-kitchen and living room. Their 62 constructed square meters will cause that you feel really ample and comfortable.  All the apartment  is CONDITIONNED WITH HEAT PUMP (summer-winter).  It is not allowed to animals nor Celebrations.
 EL PARKING. There is a seat of parking for cars in the same building that can aside be rented. Its cost is of 18 €/day.

L'APPARTEMENT (loft) est localisé dans la première ètage d'un nouveau betiment avec l'ascenseur ; a construit cette année (le 2005). Il est constitué par deux séjours : bain et hall. Le hall a trois zones : cuisine-américain, le hall et le dortoir. Leurs 62 métres carrés construit causeront que vous vous sentez vraiment suffisant et confortable. Tout l'appartement est CONDITIONNED AVEC LA POMPE à CHALEUR (été-iver). STATIONNEMENT. Il y a un siège du stationnement dans le même bâtiment qui peut être loué. Son coût est de 18 €/par jour.

Die WOHNUNG (loft) befindet sich im 1. Etage eines neuen Gebaudes mit Aufzug, Baujahr 2005, und bildet zwei Räume: Bad und Halle. Die Halle umfangt drei Zonen: Schlafraum, Amerikanische-Küche und Wohnraum. Ihre 62 konstruierten Quadratmeter erlauben, dass Sie wirklich reichlich und bequem fühlen.  Die ganze Wohnung ist mit Klima-Anlage /Wärmepumpe(Sommer-Winter) ausgerüstet. Tieren sowie  Feiern es wird nicht erlaubt.
PARKMÖGLICHKEITEN. Es gibt einen Parkplatz zur Verfügung im gleichen Gebäude, das mit die Wohnung zusammen gemietet werden kann. Seine Kosten liegt bei 18 €/tag.

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION *COMMENT FAIRE UNE RÉSERVATION*Wie man eine Reservierung durchführen kann.

First you should fill in the application form and send it to e- mail: info@barcelonaapartments.ws. To make the reservation, you have to pay a 20% of the total account ( the reservation price is included in the total account, it´s not a extra charge ).  you´ll recibe the instructions of how to do the transfer the money. After, you’ll recibe the confirmation of the reservation by e-mail. D'abord vous devriez compléter le formulaire de demande, et l'envoyer par e-mail à: info@barcelonaapartments.ws. Pour faire la réservation, vous devez payer un 20% de tout le compte (le prix de réservation est inclus dans tout le compte, il n'est pas un supplément). vous recevrez des instructions à où vous devez  transférer l'argent. Plus tard, vous recevrez par email, la confirmation de votre réservation. Zuerst sollen Sie das Antragsformular ausfüllen und es durch E-mail senden  an: info@barcelonaapartments.ws  .Um die Reservierung zu bestätigen, müssen Sie ein 20% des Gesamtbetrages zahlen (dieser Vorbezahlung ist im Mietegesamtpreis inbegriffen).Die Anweisungen um diesen Betrag zu Überweisen werden Sie bekommen. Danach, werden Sie die Reservierungsbestätigung durch E-mail erhalten.

CONDITIONS OF THE STAY*CONDITIONS DU  SEJOUR*BEDINGUNGEN DES SEJOUR

The arrival time will be communicated at least 3 days before the arrival per e-mail to the contact person that will be given to you on the booking confirmation. 
Check-in time is between 15:00 and 21:00
Arrivals after 21:00 will have an extra charge of 0 Euros.
Arrivals after 23:00 will have an extra charge of 0 Euros.
The keys are given when the amount of the stay is paid by cash.
Check out time is 11:00 .
The deposit will be refunded when we get the keys back and check that the apartment and the furniture are in order.
Handing the keys means the acceptance of the apartment´s state.
VERY IMPORTANT
It is forbidden to have more people than mentioned in the previous contract.
The rest and the tranquility of the neighbours must be respested.Consequently, the noise is forbidden after 21:30, inside the apartment or returning at night time. Special atention when closing the entrance and the apartment´s doors.

The neighbourood´s rest and respect is very important for us and we will not tolerate people who do not respect these norms and they will automatically be asked to leave without any refund of the amount paid.
We do not accept groups of people who come to Barcelona for stag or hen parties.
We do not accept eihter groups of people that come for final soccer matches.

Barcelonaapartments.ws reserves the right to demand a 200€ deposit or the credit card´s details in order to guarantee the good conditions and posible demages in the  apartment.
(Not leaving the apartment at the indicated time, and not respecting the rest of the neighbours will be reasons for chargiging the deposit)
The deposit will be charged in the following way:
-Cash
CANCELATION POLICY
Until 30 days before the arrival, we will refund 100% of the reservation.
From 29 to 0 days before the arrival, we will not refund the reservation.
